Center for STrain Optimization for Renewable Energy (STORE)

The STrain Optimization for Renewable Energy (STORE) Center is a multidiciplenary battery center aimed at developing soidum ion battery technology as an affordable analog for lithium ion batteries. Headed by professor Sarah Tolbert at UCLA, the center is a collaborative effort between the Tolbert, Dunn, Li, and Duan groups at UCLA, the Seshadri and Balakrishna groups at UCSB, the See group at Caltech, the Melot group at SUNY Binghamton, and the Nelson-Weker group at Stanford Linear Accelerator Laboratory.
